This sturdy, oversized beach bag is great for a family day at the beach, pool or overnight stay. It is big enough to hold all of your beach needs, even towels! Sectioned interior pockets hold smaller items while the outer pocket is great for items you want close-at-hand. Interfacing or fusible foam is used to make the bag really sturdy.

Finished medium bag size: 18” wide by 12” tall. 26” Straps.
Finished large bag size: 25” wide by 15” tall. 26” Straps.

Materials Needed:
1-1.5 yards printed canvas
0.5 yard of solid canvas
1-1.75 yards lining fabric (Suggestion: cotton or light weight water resistant fabric)
1.5 yards one sided fusible foam 1/4” thick (20” wide) or 1 yard heavyweight fusible woven interfacing* (see page 3 for a note about foam)
3 yards 1” cotton webbing for straps (or additional canvas to make self straps)
Medium: 16” separating zipper and 6” zipper
Or Large: 22” separating zipper and 8” zipper
Lobster claw on ring or D-ring
