Materials Needed:
Shorts: 1 1/2 yards (1.4 meters) fabric (cotton, silk, flannel, fleece, jersey)
Pants: 3 yards (2.75 meters) fabric (cotton, silk, flannel, fleece, jersey)
1 to 1.5 yards of 1” elastic
1” by 2” fusible interfacing
1.5 to 2 yards of 5/8” (16mm) ribbon or drawstring
